This was a nice stay on the Olbia waterfront. The property could use some fine tuning, in respect to level of hospitality.

Nice overnight stay

Highly recommended, this clean and inviting place in a great area of Olbia. We stayed only for 1 night on our journy and were enjoying the Pizzaria with very friendly staff in the same house and the promenade right in front of the place. in the evening there were some places with music close, seems to be a lively area of the city, but the accomodation was very quiet. Friendly owner.

Great location and comfortable stay

My recent stay at La promenade through Hotels.com was overall fantastic. The room was spacious and well-equipped, providing ample space and amenities for a comfortable stay. However, there was a minor issue with the shower as water was seeping from beneath the shower door onto the bathroom floor, which was a bit inconvenient. Despite this, the rest of the room was extremely clean and inviting. In addition, the hotel was situated in a great scenic location and provided a spacious equipped balcony which overlooked the sea and bustling city of olbia. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my time at the hotel, finding it to be extremely comfy and providing a relaxing environment for my trip.

I don't understand why this place has positive reviews. It shows up as it would be a hotel, but there is no concierge or anyone to greet you-and no one spooke any English. There was no opportunity to get security because there was no information about anything. There was no way to lock the door to the room, and as a single woman traveling alone, I felt incredibly unsafe. I pushed the chair against the door with all of my suitcase. That is Seth. At least I would hear if somebody was coming in. Who knows who else has the code to my room??? I could not sleep amd had to be leave prematurely. I folded all the unused towels that the non-English speaking person happened to be present for another gues. to me provided so that the unit would be clean and they would not have to use resources to clean items I did not use. It was a horrible experience one of the worst I've ever had. On top of that they sent me a text message that was incredibly rude. I do not recommend this place for anyone unless you're planning to sell at a hostel

We liked the location though our room had no view and no access to roof. Communication about check in wasn’t great and we had to wait for agent so we could pay. The bathroom was v spacious, looked good but shower leaked constantly making a noise at night. Good air con.

Bellissima struttura

Bellissima struttura direttamente sul lungomare. Noi avevamo stanza con terrazzo, stupenda. Veramente ampie e belle le camere, check-in online,tutto comodissimo. Disponibile a qualsiasi ora la reception al telefono, ci ha aiutato anche per il transfer di rientro. Consigliatissimo ci torneremo.

Great and price worthy stay!

We stayed there for two nights and had a great time. Check in went smooth, just make sure to speak to the host and inform when you arrive so you get the code for easy access. Our room wasnt ready yet because we arrived very early but we were allowed in to leave our bags so we could explore the city. I was very happy with our stay.

Emplacement très bon, Canapé horrible

L'emplacement est nickel. La terrasse avec vue est superbe aussi. Le linge de toilette est propre et il y a 2 frigos. Le sol paraissait propre mais quelques minutes en chaussettes a montré bien le contraire. Le canapé lit est horrible pour un couchage. Il bascule quand on s'assois dessus et le matelas est beaucoup trop fin. Tout mouvement dans ce canapé lit provoque un chacellement du reste du canapé. Vraiment très mauvais pour dormir.

Chambre spacieuse et très propre. Clim à l’arrivée très appréciée. Très bon séjour, à proximité de nombreux restaurants et jeux pour enfants. Places de parking juste devant ou dans les rues proches. Juste petit bémol, le manque d’isolation entre la chambre et le couloir, on entend la moindre entrée sortie.

Séjour parfait, L'endroit était propre et spacieux. Parfait avec 2 enfants Le balcon immense qui offre la vue sur l'esplanade Les alentours sont animés et vous avez le choix entre les différents restaurants pour déjeuner ou dîner . La.nourriture était excellente ! Nous recommandons cette location, accès facile !
