There was no electricity on the morning of 12 February — the power went out around 2:00am and had still not been restored when I checked out at 12:00pm to catch a long flight back to Australia via Dubai. As a result, I was unable to shower before departure or obtain a printed invoice (which I still have not received via email). I was also disappointed that no apology or explanation was offered by staff for the inconvenience caused.
