A good location for travelling to Heathrow. Unfortunate that they don’t have complementary transit to and from the airport. I had a negative experience at the bar, waiting for service for 30 mins. Was told that I would be served when I arrived by staff and then waited 20 mins, flagged another staff and informed him that I was ready to order and he informed the original staff. Waited another 10 mins and then left. On my way out, I asked the staff in question why he did not serve me. He smiled, did not apologize and continued to serve others at the bar.
