Super dirty rooms.. didnt even want to shower because the restroom grossed me out. Beds feel dirty and this was the worst stay I’ve had. Never again will I stay here. You’d be better off sleeping in your car.

This motel was horrible worst I ever been in. First check in rang a bell guy comes out half asleep, checks me in or what not I go up to my room with my daughter who is half asleep. I go to restroom the shower curtain in on the ground and doesn’t even fit to put back up, then the tv don’t turn on and when I went to turn on air conditioner it was unplugged. I went to report the items that did not work he stated he would change my room and I stated no we already encountered these issues I’m sure we are not gonna get anything better. So we showered with no curtain and couldn’t even watch tv.

Not worth it!

We were given 2 Queen beds despite my reservation being for a King. One of the queen beds had tiny black spots (bed bugs??) and hair in the sheets! Gross! The other bed looked cleaner so we elected to sleep in that bed! Lots of footsteps in the room above us and the smell of people smoking. Will pay a little extra next time and get a hotel with a higher rating!

I like the king size bed my tv in my room was a smart tv....my friends room was a bit my homey....her tv was not smart tv had no hdmi plug...the rooms are unique to itsself its hit and miss

The shower and price were great. Great water pressure. The blanket and two small pillows were in bad shape. The image was bigger than the tv. No pool and garbage stuff hidden under farthest stairs. AC very loud and was hot/cold-did not seem to thermostat.Location good between Starbucks and McDonald’s and easy to get on hwy toward Az. The whole strip is beside the railway and it runs 24/7. One side of hotel sign was dangling about to fall off.

We did not end up staying. Bed and sheets had blood stains. Pillow case was dirty and the tv had large burn mark in it. Lots of cigarette burns on sheets and on couch. The mattress was covered in what looked like blood stains. We are pretty low maintenance but it felt unsafe to sleep there with the amount of stains. Pay a little more and stay somewhere cleaner would be my advice.

We still cannot go inside of the office area so in 113© weather we are standing in the heat trying to get our room. Then we were put upstairs because we had a service dog after asking for a downstairs room because we had a lot of equipment. The answer was no. Plus housekeeping knocked every morning because they had no do not disturb signs. No tables inside the room to put extra stuff nowhere to hang clothes and no iron to press clothes. It was only $47, so if you looking for affordable I guess it's not that shabby.

The woman who checked me in barely said two words to me. I could see the pest inspection sheet on the counter with LOTS of bugs(including roaches) checked off. At least it had been treated that day. Barely any soap in the dispensers. Toilet was dirty, no tp holder, burn marks on coach, comforter and tv. Remote batteries were dead. Bed was comfortable enough. Screaming, yelling and door slamming past 11pm. Train is loud. I guess it was what I should have expected for $50

Amazingly BAD!

Check in guy amenable. Room is somehow livable, but an amazing number of items are broken or missing. For example, large hole in wall! Shower drain Very Clogged. Cabinet with missing door. TP holder broken. Only bright overhead lights, nothing soft or dim, I had to bring my battery-powered lantern. No coffee packets, no anything. But on the other hand, the bed is comfortable enough, the heater works fine, the TV is good, and the fridge and microwave are aok. Outside, the swimming pool is empty and surrounded by debris. the neighborhood is decrepit and dangerous, most of the nearby homes have 6 ft chain link fences and no trespassing signs, one had a chained large and aggressive dog barking loudly. And by the way, this motel is across the street from the very busy, noisy, unsightly train tracks. Highly unrecommended by me. I was lured in by the eco-friendly-sounding name, Erth Inn, ha!

Subpar

Had a bit of trouble locating motel, they have changed the name and it's no longer called "Best Motel." as indicated on the Hotels.com site. The remote for the TV didn't work, but the clerk did give me one that did. The towels were piled on the rather small bathroom vanity, since there were no towel racks! The toilet paper was on the toilet tank behind the seat, since there was no toilet paper holder!! There was no table or chair, so I had to put my computer on the nightstand by the bed and sit rather uncomfortably on the side of the bed to use it. There was no in-room or lobby coffee, although there was a small refrig and a microwave. in the room. There were a few positives - it was roomy and clean, the bed was comfortable and the WiFi worked well. However, I'll make another choice next time I need to stay in Mojave.
