We had a wonderful stay. The room size was very good and everything worked. The lift was unusable so we were re-allocated a room on the ground floor. The food was excellent. Booked my elderly disabled parents in at the hotel. Olivia on the front desk was very friendly and helpful with the booking process, making sure they were in a suitable ground floor room. The room was lovely and clean. My parents couldn’t operate the heater so went to ask Olivia to help them and she cans straight away and altered the settings for them so they were warm enough. Will definitely book them in to stay there again when they next come to Lincoln to visit

Overall great stay. Very warm welcome. Really polite staff. Room was very spacious and clean. Self service breakfast was good with plenty of options. Bar area was good. Although there was a wedding on and I felt I didn't want to intrude. Next door there is a huge garden centre. And a hickory's restaurant. We Would Recomend.

Room was clean but very dated with many signs of wear - rust on the shower and towel heater, mould around the silicon on the sink . Old fashioned alarm clock which was so bright and unable to turn off was annonying and had to be covered with a towel. The shared areas and outside also feel dated and showed main signs of wear.
