The staff here was always helpful and happy. They will clean your room every day, if you don’t want that you need to tell them. One night one of the staff members opened my room while I was inside, that was a little alarming as I hadn’t asked for any services, he said he was bringing towels in and did seem remorse that he opened the door without knocking. The room was very bland and not welcoming and I chose the upgraded king room. I ended up checking out because I wanted something more welcoming and homey. Over all this wad a nice spot close to many things to do within walking distance of many parks and attractions.

El estacionamiento por el tipo de vehículo, se tiene que guardar a un par de cuadras, la habitación ya necesitan remodelación, el sanitario hay q sostener la palanca para q haga su función, se salía el agua de la caja del sanitario, la puerta q está en la regadera se abría, el clima no enfriaba, se reporto en la mañana q salíamos,no lo arreglaron, llegamos por la noche volvimos a reportarlo y hasta ése momento lo revisaron, está desprogramado el control. La alberca tenía mucha basurita de árbol, solo es limpiar,pero no le hicieron mantenimiento en los días q estuvimos. Nos dieron una habitación q tiene afuera la bomba de la sisterna cuando se activa hace ruido. Recomiendo la remodelación.

Pésima atención

El hotel bonito pero la tensión fue horrible, ,no ofrecen comodidad no seguridad a los huéspedes, en situaciones climatológicas que son digamos naturales en el estado, el baño se inundó con la lluvia, toallas y papel higiénico mojados, al pedir que nos proporcione nuevos , mencionaron que no dejan llave en el turno nocturno del almacén, no hay personal de limpieza en el turno nocturno. Se inundó el pasillo también, y luego, al interrumpirse la energía eléctrica , no tienen plantas de emergencia, estabas a oscuras , no proporcionan lámparas de emergencia. Hubo huéspedes que se quedaron fuera de la habitación toda la noche, ya que las puertas son eléctrica y no podían abrirse por no tener planta de energía alterna. El personal en turno de igual manera fue muy mal educado al contestar las inquietudes de nosotros los huéspedes

al llegar al hotel fue una atención por parte del personal muy atento, pero al llegar al cuarto nos dieron una habitación muy mala el colchón de la cama muy dura parecía que era piedra donde estábamos acostados, no había toallas tardaron mucho que porque aun no había llegado de la lavandería y para rematar la taza del baño no tenia fuerza para irse lamentablemente nuestra estancia en el hotel fue muy malo, yo me había hospedado mucho tiempo atrás y nunca tuve una mala experoencia como la de este dia

un hotel q no debería de tener publicidad engañosa lo muestran como un buen hotel y no es así en una escala del 1 al 5,, el 0 es mucho no debería tenerlo en el esquema de Hoteles.com creo que un hostal está en mejor estado, y una pena porque en un viaje de descanso no funcionó como tal, es una pena que ni el hotel no pueda dar lo que ofrece.
