Very disappointing stay. We booked a “traditional room” with a private bathroom and Wi-Fi, but were given a room with a shared bathroom instead. The staff refused to fix the issue and did not offer any compensation — only a refund if we left, which wasn’t realistic after a long trip. The hotel was also noisy, felt unsafe (doors hard to lock), and there was no Wi-Fi in the rooms despite it being listed. Overall, misleading and poor service. I would not recommend staying here.

Worst experience ever. First the property was closed and we had to call many times to open the door. Receptionist had no customer service at all. We decided were not going to stay bc of horrible ambience and she wanted to keep a copy of my passport, she refused to return it to me. When she finally accepted, and kicked us out of property.
