It was best western hotel before. Currently under new management and they change the new name. Great location 10mins uber to the YYZ. Hotel definitely needs a major renovation and deep clean. The front desk seems like not 24 hours. They’ll send you a secure message asking when you’ll be arriving.

Bubble gum stuck to floor and burn marks on the carpet, no soap in the bathroom. But the staff were kind and helpful, and the place was not run down. There was no continental breakfast like promised either.

The staff is extremely accommodating, and very friendly. Not to mention, any accommodations needed - food, self care essentials, etc are a 2 minute walk away across the street. I have stayed here now on a few different occasions, and the experience has always been awesome. Would highly recommend to all, I can’t express enough how great the experience has been, and I’ll personally, certainly be back. If I could give 10 stars I would, it’s an absolutely exceptional hotel.

I asked for two beds. One was a pull out couch that had a terrible mattress. Hot water didn’t last longer than 10 minutes. Quiet safe area next to the airport but not as advertised regarding beds and amenities.

Everything was good. Free water bottles where provided 24hr. The only issue I experienced was that Coffee machine in my room was very dirty!! This turned me off for drinking coffee at the hotel and made me switch to Tim Hortons!

Worst service I have ever seen, no basics provided like soap & handwash. No towels. No regular cleaning. Cheap quality beds which lead to heavy back pain. This is the worst experience I have ever experienced.
