Our recent stay at this hotel was unfortunately far below expectations. From the moment we arrived, we noticed an off-putting smell inside our room. The condition of the room itself was unacceptable—stained and dirty carpets, visible signs of neglect, and an ant infestation that made our stay uncomfortable.
To make matters worse, when we brought our concerns to the front desk, the receptionist, Angela, was dismissive and unaccommodating. Rather than offering any solutions or attempting to make things right, we were met with excuses and no offer of compensation. Her attitude added to an already frustrating situation and left us feeling unheard and undervalued as guests.
It’s deeply disappointing to have had such a negative experience, especially given the standards one expects from a hotel. Cleanliness, professionalism, and basic hospitality were all lacking. I cannot in good conscience recommend this property and hope management takes these issues seriously moving forward.
