Bad service & they lie.
Called ahead to make sure a 1st floor room was available. “Yes” she said, they have plenty. We arrived about 7:30pm, & front desk said no 1st floor rooms, yet we see 20 plus unoccupied rooms. Upstairs steps are covered with snow, which are dangerously slippery. Spent an hour going back & forth with Hotels.com & OYO front desk woman walking to & from our truck. H.com said the hotel would credit the charge within 24 hours. It is now 24 hours later, & I still have not been credited.
