The hotel was great! Cynthia was friendly and helpful. Super clean and Beds super comfortable. The breakfast buffet was worth the cost (for us 7€ ea). I only wished it was in the center of Madrid, but if so it would had been sold out, and we wouldn’t have been able to enjoy a good night sleep.

The room for 2 was clean and cosy, recent renovated. Breakfast is worth to buy at 7Eu/day with good buffet selections. The location is very well served by public transportation, 20 minutes to downtown (bus 9, metro 4). Very nice and helpful concierge personnel.

Everything was perfect from start to finish. The staff was amazing! They greeted me with a smile and did not hesitate to provide recommendations for dining and commuting in the local area. The room was super comfortable and quiet, and the hotel was conveniently located to public transportation. What more can I ask for? I was a very happy customer. I will definitely use this hotel again, and recommend it to my fellow travelers.

We came from BC, Canada for our honeymoon with our plan to stay in Madrid for a few days near the end of August 2024 and we had the best experience we could have asked for at this hotel! They were welcoming right off the bat as we don’t speak the best Spanish and made us feel at home right away. The hotel room we got was stunning with a 4th floor room which had a balcony overlooking the city around us. We were blown away by how comfortable the unit was as it was incredibly hot outside doing our walking tours that it was so nice to come back to a nicely cooled room. The a/c worked so well, the TV was huge and had amazing quality and they had so many little things that made the experience the best we ever had. They even had toothbrushes, toothpaste, combs, disposable shavers, beers, water and so on. It’s all the little touches that made it so worthwhile. Not to mention the complimentary breakfast was delicious with so many options to choose from. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone travelling to Madrid as it’s close to everything and very new looking on the outside and inside for a great price!
