Very minimal. Basically have to whisper. Bathroom was dirty and shower containers broken. Coffee station dirty and empty. Restaurant bar was closed. Check in is a hassle. Must do everything digitally including the parking.

We are waiting on a refund. Checkin was horrible and app did not work. Room was 85 degrees and would not cool down. Went to three different rooms and all the same. Had to leave for another hotel.

The location is fantastic. That's about where it stops. App to check-in is fine if known in advance, parking still charged us even when we followed instructions given. No sheets on the bed, no blow dryer although we were told there was one and when addressed took hours to get sheets and never received blow dryer. NO COFFEE in the community area the first night. Second day somebody left some keurig pods but only 1 disposable coffee cup was available and it LEAKED! Long hairs all in the bathroom floor that were black (we're both blond so clearly not ours), AC would not cool down and reset to 76 degrees every time we tried to change. Front door broke and wouldn't close letting anyone enter. No staff overnight or early morning to address issues. This place has potential but I would save your money and book elsewhere.

The room was clean and the simplistic vibe was cool. That’s the positive. Here is the negative…no hangers, nowhere to put luggage except floor, parking wasn’t free, one tiny chair to sit in, soap wasn’t stocked in shower, lobby smelled like onions, desk is not manned, keyless entry is a struggle which puts other guests in an uncomfortable position. Would not stay again.

The good: clean accommodations! I love that there is no carpet, because truthfully, carpet grosses me out in a hotel room. Overall it’s quiet and a good opportunity to rest. Things that need to improve on: 1/2 roll of toilet paper in our room. 2 wash cloths. 3 thin pillows and no extra blanket. The light above our bed was on a sensor, and it took a few hours for us to figure out we had to turn off the light switch near the door. The TV was not easy to figure out, as it took us a long time to figure it out and then it was so slow to change channels, etc. The parking was weird. The app said one thing, but then when we tried to pay for the parking, it was $79 instead of $24. They did allow us to scan a QR code to get to for free, but it expired at 1:30 am and I was so paranoid that our vehicle would get towed. It’s a contactless hotel, so there is no staff at the desk for direction about anything. There is a number you can call, but it was just a bummer because it could’ve been so much better. Maybe have a list in the room for first time guests that explains everything.

You ask about staff, what staff? The bar was empty! The shelves were empty, just a bunch of junk sitting around in what was the bar area. The bed was awful, wasn’t a top sheet, the mattress wasn’t even straight on frame. The room was BOTTOM of the line!!! It was a totally no Frills room. Very glad I didn’t book directly and pay that price, would sure to be asking for refund. The check in proteas a nightmare. Nothing worked as it should, everything had a delayed response and when I called for help, I was treated as if I was too dumb to follow instructions and so it was my fault for the difficulty.

Because we booked through Hotels.com, the check-in process was terrible. I never received an email to get my contactless check-in setup so then it took 25 minutes for me to get in touch with someone and an email to check-in then it took another 25 minutes for the system to generate my keys. The bed was very comfortable, but the room and amenities overall were lacking.

This was a very odd experience. Unlike any hotel I have ever stayed at. There was NO staff. I received an email with a code to get into the room, but no instructions. Just a room number and a code. And no instructions on how to get into the hotel itself. Had to call a phone number posted outside and get talked through. There is an app to download, then you have to enter a confirmation number. You can only share this with one person, so if you hav more than two people staying in the room, they won’t be able to get into the hotel without you. The room itself was large, clean and beds were comfortable. But no frills. Very sparse. No extra towels, blankets or pillows. No fridge. The hotel itself had zero amenities. No bar, ice machines or vending machines. And again - no staff. If they have any of these items (extra pillows or blankets for example) there is no one present to get them for you.

The hotel is nice BUT I feel as if it’s unfinished . There were no plugs in the bathroom. Absolutely NO one is there to help you . I did love the heated floors . I didn’t like that we shared a balcony with 4 other rooms and they can see in your room. The bed was sort of homely. You have to check in via an app . The bar wasn’t open. The tv also was next to the bed idk the layout was weird

Very thin walls with concrete floors makes it very echoey/loud, our bed had no sheets - just a mattress topper and 2 thin pillows with one decent accent pillow. The bed was fairly comfy. There was no body wash in the shower but lotion instead. The Cheba Hut right next door was the best part about our stay. Def not worth the $200
