The Staff were kind ❤️ the room could use a lil upgrade on some things like the tub and back balcony door lock being fixed but I could tell they were in the process of fixing things other then that It was great the staff provided great service.

It was a cozie room and bed was comfy and clean , although the paint in the bathtub was peeling off which wasn't great during showering but it wasn't much so wasn't really a problem . All workers were very professional and courteous. The free breakfast was nice

I can start with check in. I was in the register as booked for registration. But they did not have my initial deposit as active, and they wanted a $50 deposit. 2nd was the fact they upgraded me to a suit on the 2nd floor, but then indicated the elevator was inoperable, so I was traveling up and down stairs on one level for all my movements. When I made the reservations, was never informed of inoperable elevator.

This place is disgusting. They can't pay me to stay there. How can anyone stay in business with a property looking like this. This place smells rotten. It looks like it is under construction, and the room was horrible. There were stains all over the walls, and the non-smoking room blanket had burn holes in it. There were stains on the blanket, and the toilet would barely flush. I was there long enough to use the bathroom and find somewhere else to stay.

Staff was friendly. Breakfast was less than desirable, but it’s free. The AC in the room made an annoying rattling noise. The elevator was in pretty rough shape. Had signed that said it was being remodeled, but looks like it had been there a while.

The manager and staff were incompetent, prices fluctuated daily, the bed linen was old and stained, and homeless people were asleep in the halls and lobby. Paid for a king mattress was queen on king frame with a full size flat sheet. Pillows were stained, toenails on the carpet, was given 1 bath towel and used toiletries. The window curtains were rigged up so we had to pin them closed. The entire landscaping was over three feet tall. The staff was extremely friendly and it was very close to the BOK. Understandable if it were $50 or so a night.

Great Staff just needs updated/cleaning

The staff was super great, very friendly and helpful. Our room was pretty rough though. We felt we needed to take pictures so we werent blamed for a lot of damage around the room. The beds and pillows need updating. TV was small but worked. I just think the place needs a bit of a face lift. Breakfast was good! Id recommend having a staff member to care for breakfast while another covers the front desk.

I liked staying there because it was close to the BOK center, but what I didn't like was there were dead cockroaches in my room. I have always had good luck with Quality Inns but I won't stay at this one again! It makes me think they don't have any housekeeper in the hotel cause there excuse for dead or alive bugs in any room!! I bragged to my daughter what a great hotel it was and it really let me down!!
