I reserved an Accessible room because I am on crutches right now. When checked in, I discovered the the curtains didn't close, requested a new room, found the curtains did not close in the second room AND the dead bolt lock on the second room DID NOT work. I was too exhausted to move again. I paid for a nice room, but are the accessible rooms left in poor condition on purpose?
Why can't people who need accessible rooms expect quality, updated curtains, heating vents (look grimy), and proper conditions for what they are paying? Just wondering if this applies more to the accessible rooms than the other rooms.
