When we arrived it took us over 15 minutes to find someone to check us in. I called the front desk 5 times and no one answered the phone, nor came to greet and check us in. We had a 91 year old who has significant physical needs. The toilet was so low to the ground she could not get herself up from the toilet. We had to find a portable potty chair so we could stay at the hotel. After asking the hotel said they nothing to help us. We had a 3 night stay booked for a family reunion. The next issue came when we arrived back at the hotel the evening after our first day. There was no room service. We were shocked when we arrived to a bathroom full of dirty towels, unmade beds, and trash still in our cans from the day before. And to top it off our TV remote did not work. After reporting it 3 times to the front desk and being told someone would make sure it was fixed the next day. It never was fixed, and every time we reported it to the front desk, they assured us it would be addressed and fixed. It was just ONE more thing we put on the list, to assure us we would never stay at this hotel again. The last nail in the coffin, was when we tried to check out of our room, we could not find anyone at the front desk to check us out. We left and had to come back after packing our vehicle. We went back to see if someone was there to help us check out. We even had to round up the kitchen help to see if they could locate someone for the front desk. It was a terrible stay☹️
