This hotel is clean and of course the location is convenient to restaurants in Boone. However, I was very concerned about the customer service during breakfast (morning of Friday, March 28). When an employee returned to the coffee station with additional creamer for the coffee, myself and another guest (who I did not know) thanked her. Instead of responding or even speaking to us, she slammed it down and walked away. Her actions were incredibly rude. I shared this with the front desk, as well.
Additionally, I would recommend that this hotel add a stash of personal hygiene options available for purchase. (Toothpaste, feminine hygiene, etc). A small convenience style counter would be immensely helpful.
