入住那天已经晚上六七点，前台服务员比较快就处理入住了，房间也比较舒适卫生，设施也不错，停车位也多，一切都还不错，以后也许还会去入住的。

NASTY

There was no cover or blankets on neither bed, had roaches, no trash cans, no towels and no remote for TV. No one in the office after 830pm until 9am. People sleeping on the stairs and apparently no breakfast since no one in the office until 9am.

DO NOT STAY HERE!

Absolutely horrible. The smoke alarm kept beeping all night with a low battery. I talked to the guy at the front and he said he would have it taken care of and never did. The rooms didn’t have phones in them. Toilet paper crammed in the eye hole in the door. People hanging sheets to dry off their balconies and bags of trash in the hallway. They made me a pay a $20 incidental charge and said it would be refunded, but it wasn’t and when I called they wouldn’t answer. I finally got through and he said 4-5 days, but it’s been a week. Bathroom had hair shavings in the sink. I would have left, I had previously paid and was not allowed a refund. This motel really does need to be shut down or just made into some low grade living spaces. Definitely has the “you can cook meth here” vibe. Horrendous

Bad experience

Room next door was fighting and had loud music all night. Front desk closed so couldnt get anything done about it. Wemt to check out next morning and get my deposit back (which was not informed about till checking in) and office was closed and didmt open till nine. I was leaving at 8 am and was locked. Terrible stay wouldnt recommend.

They don't care

I have stayed in many hotels but I have never known of a hotel to close so that when someone arrives after they "close" they cannot check-in. I was fully aware of the option I booked but it was not listed anywhere on the website that this hotel closes from 12 am - 9 am. My family (we have 2 small children) arrived after midnight and all I wanted to do was check in and put my kids to bed(they were so tired). Upon arrival, no one was at the desk and there was no access to the lobby. We had to wait inside a little foyer as we waited for someone to help us, we called the hotel, knocked on windows, and even called the fire marshall on accident. After sitting there and waiting for 2 1/2 hours we were forced to find another place to stay. So I had to get another Uber and try to find another hotel. I asked for a refund and they refused. Ok, I get that it said non-refundable but there are instances where you have to be willing to work with the customer. Had that information been printed or communicated to me, I wouldn't have pushed the issue. But it was not, and I could not check-in. When a business isn't willing to be flexible with its policies it tells me they don't care about its customers, they only care about $$$...that's not the type of company I want to do business with.

Trash unsatisfactory

It was awful there were roaches they do not supply blankets only sheets. The smoke detector goes off at random times throughout the night for no apparent reason. The doors rattle all night long, there's people screaming and yelling on all sides of you.

Photos are not up to date

The rooms look nothing like the photos shown here. They are outdated and lack the basic amenities. I was in a room with a faulty toilet for 3 days. It would not flush. I asked multiple times for assistance and on the third day someone finally came. After they “fixed” it, the toilet ran all the remainder of my stay. The hallways had a smell about them and the other guest were often very loud. The staff was nice enough, but please do not be deceived by the pictures on this site. The hotel does not look like this at all. The signage says “Lincoln express” not OK hotel. If you need a place to rest your head, it will do. But it is not an enjoyable place
