Pros: . Pools . Pool staff reinforced no use of jacuzzi if not older than 16. . Cool gift shop Cons. . No privacy: the curtain doesn close and you can see through the shade they have during tbe day and at night if any light is on. Very frustrating. . Outdoor pool closes at 8pm . Indoor pool closes at 9pm

Our 2 night stay was great. So much for the kids at this hotel from great pools and splash park to the game room, arts n crafts, Pajama dance party and movie nights. Rooms were spacious, a bit outdated but kept nice. Highway out front but you’d never know it from the very scenic back courtyard. We were able to walk right across the parking lot to visit Dutch Wonderland and to a number of restaurants. It was a great stay

The room was adorable. Decorated with cartoons. Perfect for kids. Spacious,clean. Pool area great. Fun splash pad area for kids as well as indoor, outdoor pools & hot tub. However breakfast buffet was awful. All the food was cold and when we complained we were told there was a microwave down the hall. Everything was self serve but when we used an unattended beverage bar an attendant did arrive to scold us for tapping juice ourselves. Do yourself a favor & eat elsewhere. Ihop is just up the road.

This was a fun place to stay with kids. Just wished they had more staff so the indoor pool could have been open and also the restaurant. Lighting in the room could have been better. I would definitely stay there again but during the summer when they have more staff for the restaurant, pool and cafe. The outdoor pool was fun .

We stayed with a family of four, including two children. I wish I had known that the rooms opened to the outdoors, as wevdo not typically stay at this type of hotel. Also, the hot tub only allowed 16 & older. I would have choose a different hotel. Also, we wanted cold drinks and there were none available after 9pm....or so we thought, as there was no signage for the vending machines. The walls are thin and there was a lot of activity above our room rather late. While this is not the worst place we have stayed I would not stay here again. It is priced reasonably compared to hotels in this area and that is why we chose it.

No bodywash in the shower but plenty of drain flies! AC in room not cold at all. No housekeeping for room. Had to ask for towels several times before we were able to get them. Room had a weird smell. Noisy people in room next to us and staff did nothing to help the situation even though it was well after 1am. Looks amazing in pictures, not so much in real life!

The hotel was clean and the staff was nice and responded quickly to requests . We went when the outdoor pool was still closed and they only had a small indoor pool wasn’t big enough to accommodate all the people at the hotel .

While this may have been a fun place for children, adults will notice that this is not the cleanest or most modern hotel. Actually, it shouldn't be called a hotel, as the structure is that of a motel - all the rooms have exterior doors on either the 1st floor or ground level. The rooms themselves smell horrible, like a super strong cleaner was poured into the vents to cover up how old the actual buildings are. Thankfully they provided a full refund for our stay, as we only spent about 30 minutes in the room before deciding to stay elsewhere. But next time, I'll avoid gimmicky hotels (motels) like this one from the start.
