Hotel has seen better days. However the view is stunning.
Main issues were in the bedroom. Most uncomfortable bed ever, thing was even a four poster but with a terrible mattress. Scrap the four poster and just put a decent bed in! Room was very basic, upgraded to a executive or whatever it was, but apart from the view there was nothing special about it.
No heating or cooling controls either. But the view was amazing.
You could hear absolutely everything happening around you. The floor boards in the room upstairs would literally wake you. If someone moved upstairs, you knew about it.
If someone walked by in the corridor, the bed would move... View was great though!
Car parking was good enough, shame there wasn't much of an outdoor space to enjoy a drink near the bar.
Attempted to talk with someone on checkout to mention our feedback for the two nights, waited ten minutes, dialed the number on the phone - and no-one appeared.
Wedding party last night, we enjoyed their DJ from the uncomfortable bed. Congratulations to the newly weds.
