The front desk was a very sweet lady. Parking was easy, finding the hotel easy. I checked into my room and found 2 personal.belongings to previous guest. There were 2 beds one was ok one was filthy and stained. Every light in the room was way to bright for anyones needs. Please let one light just be a bit more quiet and inviting. Too light feels stark and surgical not watm comfy cozy.

The check in was smooth and the clerk was friendly and professional but it was all downhill from there . The hallway to the room was very old and worn looking. The place had obviously not been updated in 20 or 30 years. The room was just as bad . Run down ! There was a picture on the wall that had obviously fallen at one time so the glass was broken and loose.The fan in the bathroom was very loud and the door to the bathroom wouldn’t close unless you really forced it .The faucet in the bath tub wouldn’t stop dripping. Obviously it had been dripping for a long time . It caused the metal around the drain to be rusty .Things got worse when we decided to go to sleep . Pulling back the covers revealed sheets that had large yellow stains on them. Both the top and bottom sheets were stained .I went to the desk and told the clerk about them and he apologized and got fresh sheets and brought them up to re make the bed . I asked if we could be moved to another room and he said he was sorry but the rooms were all booked.He finished putting the new sheets on the bed and apologized again . He said he was the only employee in the building at that time and was doing everything himself. He seemed to do the best he could. I wouldn’t blame him for anything. It just seemed the management didn’t care about the condition of the property. They were probably making money and not putting any of it back into the property .On a scale of 1 to 10 I would give this place a 3. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE !

Stayed on a Thursday night to go to hot tub. We used it three different times and had it to ourselves. Good timing. The jets are super strong. The room was clean and everything worked. Breakfast had waffles, B&G, bananas, oatmeal, pastries, cereal, coffee and juices. Walkable to a Cracker Barrel. Would definitely come back. Thank you.

Then front desk gentleman that was running the hotel that night that we stayed was amazing. He got my sister-in-law a glass of milk at nine at night. He helped make sure that my children were safe when we went to the pool or to the gym we will definitely be staying again.
