This hotel needs some improving. Our first room had a dripping shower, caulking in bad shape, and a smell. We were moved to a different room by a very helpful employee, after being told by the desk person that we could not be moved. The second room was much better. You could tell it had been recently worked on. The location was very convenient to Swope Park where we attended a concert. The outside of this property is in sad shape with a lot of weeds and stumps of bushes that had been cut off. Probably would not recommend,

Hotel was run down and nothing like pictures. Was placed on 4th floor with no working elevator. The room was not clean and shower stained and dirty. Immediately checked out even forfeiting cost (nonrefundable) because it was so bad.
