This was our second stay here. Lovely location. Most things were great but 2 big areas of improvement would make this a 5 out of 5 stay. Mattress is very lumpy and uncomfortable. And the food at breakfast was good but extremely limited in choices. No dairy free anything. Would have been nice to have cereal and oatmeal with toppings.
Otherwise a nice play to stay.

Overall an excellent stay , was disappointed that the hot tub was closed. The hot tub was the main reason I booked that hotel , really wanted to relax in the hot tub after a day of hiking at Silver Falls .

We were on a family vacation passing thru and when we got in our room the toilet wasn't flushing properly so they ended up upgrading us to what's called the squid room. A huge room. My kids were overjoyed. The breakfast was great and fresh and the beds and pillows were soft and comfortable. We had an amazing time. If I could rate this hotel higher than a 10 I would.

This hotel was beautiful! Everything from the room to the breakfast was amazing! I had an issue with the TV and the front desk lady, I forgot her name, was absolutely the coolest! She came right up to my room and fixed it! What doll she was! I wish I remembered her name because her manager needs to know what an amazing employee they has with her!

Clean room, warm and informative greeting at check in. At breakfast the staff person responsible was friendly and efficient. Management should have one more person to help out at breakfast both mornings. The number of people at breakfast was more than one person can handle for delivering service effectively as many people at once came for breakfast.

Ms. Stephanie as always makes me feel so welcome and valued. She is so sweet.
I wouldn't mind a little better breakfast option. Some scrambled eggs and bacon. The store bought hardboiled eggs are the only option at this location.

LOVED the bathroom setup, the showers are spacious and the water pressure is great. Super clean facilities, very friendly front desk staff, comfortable beds. The food at the restaurant downstairs is some of the best I’ve ever had, and the wait staff there were amazing. I will definitely be back next time I’m in this part of the country.

Very nice hotel with views of the river with a great restaurant (our dinner was excellent), and within walking distance to the cute little town of Independence. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay again if in the area.

The hotel itself is beautiful, with art throughout and extremely clean. The staff went over and above taking care of us. It was a neat option to book private hot tub time which was a perfect wind down for our evening. Also, the room smelled AMAZING!! There is an amazing restaurant within walking distance to check out as well - Gilgamesh Brewing. I highly recommend both places and we will definitely be coming back!
