Okay for the price. Don't expect a luxurious stay. The floors made our feet dirty and there was a dead bug in the room when we arrived. But we just needed a place to sleep a couple nights and it was fine.

The front desk staff was amazing, patient, kind, and incredibly helpful despite all the chaos. Unfortunately, the rest of the experience did not match that level of service. The property was very dirty and clearly not updated. The photos online do not accurately reflect the current condition. Our bedding had visible stains, and getting clean towels was a constant struggle, they were almost never available. The cleanliness and overall style felt more like a motel, yet the price was expensive, nearly $200 a night. We also did not feel safe around the property. The pool was very dirty. Overall, I would not stay here again.

The room was cleaned in a rush since it wasn't prepared beforehand, the back door to the hotel itself was not locked the lock was clearly broken on top of people purposely placing the rug in the doorway so it couldn't shut all the way which was a little discouraging considering there was a sign right by said door stating "please keep door closed for the safety of our guests" we had gotten back late from our friends get together before their wedding day and we were met by a man leaving this door with his hood up and a mask covering his face...not a very welcoming feeling. I can't say I will be staying here again but I hope this does improve for the safety of future guests. I am currently pregnant so the safety of my family is a top priority and I don't recommend bringing yours if you feel the same, especially traveling out of state.
The remote was missing the back and made it difficult to use the tv.
The patio door to our room looked like this. Again not very reassuring that your 100% safe.

Check in staff was very friendly. But Hotels.com stated 5.00$ hold at check in. Hotel staff stated”I don’t know why that says that it’s actually $75.00” . I booked same day so obviously no refund on the room. We stayed needed a place to sleep, literally a few hours. 89$ didn’t seem too bad. Lobby was nice, made me feel better about the location. Walked into our room..it’s was hot(AC set at 81???)… pieces of fried chicken and bones on the floor??? Long story short…pay the extra 20 bucks down the street and actually sleep well.

the tv remote only works from 3 ft away. Breakfast was over an hr late to start, from 7 to 8am. Only waffles and toast and an apple. Even the 1 hard boiled egg was gone in minutes and none replaced. The coffee at 7am was cold and had to wait till 8am for coffee. I asked the night prior for a late check out and she said to ask in the morning , I did and was told no instantly with some attitude, I said that's the very first time I was told no at any hotel ever in my life, she went to ask the "manager" and that took a door open and 2 seconds to say no. Only 2 rags in the room with double beds , none for the shower area, only the sink, no trash bags in the trash cans, and I got an apple juice and 2 waters charged to the room and they must've been $15 bc of the $75 deposit, I only got $60 back. The morning crew really made staying here feel like I was ripped off. I did not have a nice stay.
