We arrived and there wasn’t anyone to greet us. Parking was only enough to fit 6 cars. We checked in and went to see the room. There was mould in the cupboard - door was broken. Mould on the ceiling in the shower. Shower pole broken. The blinds were broken and only One window opened. Paint chipped everywhere and looked completely different to the photos we had seen. There also was no spa or sauna which was advertised. We went out and arrived back later and we’re told the car park was closed. We explained we had a small car that we could fit. If all 29 rooms were occupied only 6 could park. We specifically wanted a hotel with private parking as we had belongings in our car.

Tout d’abord j’ai cherché l’hôtel Le Normand qui s’appelle en façade Le Fecamp. Accueil médiocre. Le petit déjeuner ne nous a pas été proposé. Personne a l’accueil le matin à 8 H 30. La clé est déposée dans une corbeille à l’entrée de l’hôtel ouvert à tout vent. La literie est mauvaise. Etc… non recommandable.

Séjour décevant , peinture sèche au fond de la baignoire, brosse des toilettes dans la cuvette, tablette qui tient a peine au mur, luminaires décrochés du placond, drap pas très jolis, accueil un peu froid et manque de renseignements pour les restaurants alentours et en prime pas de petits déjeuners

DECEPCIONANTE

Escogimos este hotel por cercanía a la planta del cliente donde iba a desplazarse nuestro operario, las fotografías de las habitaciones y baño mostraban un lugar aceptable, sin lujos pero pulcro y sólo llegar al hotel nuestro empleado nos advirtió que dejaba mucho que desear, la habitación pretendían arreglarla y asearla una vez terminada la estancia, cuando habitualmente la limpieza se debe realizar diariamente y más cuidadosamente en el baño. Desgraciadamente tuvo que permanecer allí dos noches. No recomendamos para nada este alojamiento y no vamos a gestionar ninguna reserva más.

J'ai été en Seine Maritime pour visiter les falaises d'etretat, comblée,c'est magnifique, concernant l'hôtel le Normand,c'est très rudimentaire, c'est bien juste pour dormir,on a pas envie de se prélasser dans cette chambre,toilettes exigus,pas de rideaux aux fenêtres notamment de la salle de bain,pour faire de exhibition c'est bien

poignée porte de chambre prête à tomber- poignée des wc cassée- poignée de fenêtre cassée- mitigeur baignoire cassé- salle de bain très sale- fond des wc horriblement noir- gros trous dans le linoléum- pas de wifi- literie en cuvette et complètement inconfortable (pas possible d'y trouver le sommeil)- forte odeur de friture à l'accueil qui incite à ne pas prendre de petit déjeuner- Hotel à fuire car il gâche la soirée! inadmissible que hotel.com propose un tel hébergement.

Alors que dire de cette hôtel !! Une honte tout simplement, pas de lumière dans les parties communes, pas de toilette, porte serviettes et tablettes en piteux états, chauffage très douteux, store cassé pomme de douche qui arosse n'importe où, pas d'accueil, pas de restauration et petit déjeuner, parking qui est en fait une cours intérieur terrasse cassé avec très peu de possibilités de se stationner. proprio contacté, "ha c'est pas ma faute"!! A bannir.
Je cherche encore les toilettes !!

Très déçus, ne correspond pas à la description du site, nom de l'hôtel changé, nous ne l'avons pas trouvé de suite, parking inexistant (cour pavée pour quelques voitures), nous avons du nous garer plus loin dans la rue. Pas de petit déjeuner prévu malgré l'annonce. Télé inutilisable. Lunette wc cassée. Pas propre. Draps chiffonnés, linge de toilette propre mais usé. Fenêtre fermée avec du scotch. 1 seule prise fonctionnait. 3ème etage sans ascenseur. Proximité des chambres, bruyant. Après coup, au vue de certains commentaires, nous avons eu une des "meilleures" chambres
