La habitación no se encontraba completamente limpia. Al entregar las llaves la recepcionista me dió un mal trato afirmando que no me podría facturar porque hice la reservación por app, le mostré que pague en el hotel y se molestó, el hotel ofrecía desayuno continental le comenté que dónde estaba el restaurante y me dijo que el desayuno es solo para ctes que reservaban directos con ellos por lo que me quito el vale para el desayuno

La atención por parte del que parecía ser el gerente es excelente, desde nuestro arribo se porto muy amable y atento, las camas son un poco duras, la habitación limpia, baño, regadera con muy buena presión de agua, el estacionamiento muy amplio y con personal que cuida los vehículos, por eso y toda la atención que nos dieron con gusto volveré a hospedarme en ese hotel.
