Great location, hotel needs some work

The outside of the building appears a bit run down. The pool, patio, pavers are in great shape. The pool is heated which is great. The beach is clean and nice, but the swim area is way too small. The water view rooms are quite a distance from the beach area. Plenty of easy parking. Town is about 1 mile walk. We rented kayaks from them. The seat backs are bent in half, cracked, and dug into our backs. The room looked nice, but the floors were sticky. There was sticky dust in the corners, dirt in the corners of the bureau drawers. The bed was decent and clean. The shower had acceptable water pressure and the temperature was great.

Mold mold go away!

First of all the check in lady never gave us a run down about the motel its self. And the toilet was not on tight it moved when we would get on it, bad! Also I the shower on ceiling I believe it’s mold and for the guest that is so very bad and with me I have asthma and a heart condition, so someone needs to look at each room. But the view was spectacular! Not happy with this place

Mold in bathroom, ac was disgusting, smelly and dusty. Room reeked. Hotel rooms did NOT look like what was pictured online. The view was nice, however the rooms were very gross and moldy.

Good location, nice beach, but dirty floors

The property has a great location, a huge plus was the small beach at Lake George and the chaise lounges on the beach. Also, the food cooked at their small place by the pool was good and very reasonably priced. Bedsheets were clean, however the floors in the rooms need a very deep cleaning. Can’t walk barefoot in the rooms because you’d get dirty soles and sticky floors. The resort is very outdated, however most of Lake George hotels are like that. And the AC in the room is very, very loud…

Great location close to town and private beach and pool. The rooms are basic but clean and come with mini fridge and microwave. The only complaint is that the A/C unit was super noisy and disturbed the quality of sleep. So was the fan in the bathroom otherwise was good accommodation for the price charged. Will return thank you!

Never again. Rather sleep in a tent

This is not a resort! It's a motel with a lake view. Was given a room that smelled absolutely horrible and had bugs. I was then given another room in which was better except for the floors which were sticky and disgusting. Would have given it 1 star except the customer service was great.

It was chill

It was a nice stay the lake had very nice access. The kayaks are bit more expensive $20 for an hour, the bar near the bar was very nice and food the man who made us food was very chill and the food was yummy not too expensive. We had some music playing the first night and apparently got complains because it was to loud at 940 PM so don’t play your music to loud but overall was a nice stay.

Quick stop at Lake George

Everything was good, only wish the poolside grill and bar was open everyday, it opened on Thursday morning before we checked out had breakfast there, was very good and reasonably priced.
