This was a decent hotel, located right off the Interstate. It was close to downtown. The toilet was clogged when we entered the room, I went to the lobby to let the front desk know, she had me wait while she checked in other guests. Then offered a plunger, as the maintenance was not in the building to fix. Finally she offered another room. The new room was nice and enjoyable. Parking was very limited.

Not good for people traveling with dogs ; dog area outside as tall as a medium size dog ; they charged 75 $ for a pet , they also charge for parking but is totally different open to the street.

The staff was great the room was cleaning but they don't cleaning the room or give you fresh towels unless you ask for them the next day. And no microwave in the rooms for the price it should have a microwave and free parking. This is why I give it a 4 star motel 6 have microwave in the room.

Stay was fine. Beds were uncomfortable. Elevators were sketchy. We were charged for parking but were not told about this up front. They also added damages hold that was not listed when we booked. So prepare to pay an extra $100 when you arrive. And $15 per night to park.

Terrible hotel, should cost the third part of what I paid, I think they made it out of cardboard, you can hear all the noise from the cars, it wasn't clean, it feels disgusting everywhere and you don't want to touch anything, I'm disgusted, terrible night. They charge you for parking because no one stays at this hotel.

Never again. Seriously, the noise was insane. I should've clocked those two packs of earplugs on the nightstand right away – red flag! The road noise from I-35E is constant, like, 24/7. But at night? Forget about it. It was so loud! I tried the earplugs they gave me – nope. Then I tried a white noise app with the earplugs – still didn't work. I even pulled a pillow over my head! Finally, I had to dig out my noise-canceling headphones and use a white noise app just to get some sleep. And it wasn't just me! I heard other people in the elevator and lobby saying the exact same thing. Breakfast? Don't even get me started. The toasters weren't working. The eggs and sausage? My stomach wasn't happy. And these weird pancakes from a machine? Inedible. The only decent thing was the coffee, which was actually really good. But yeah, that road noise was a dealbreaker. I will not be staying here again. Nope.
