Unpleasant experience . Front desk insisted we had not pre/ paid even though I showed him my hotels.com receipt . I felt somewhat tricked into swiping my card for a security deposit but then he also charged for one night . So I was charged twice for one night . It took a lot of arguing for him to agree to call the manager and reverse the charge . He was telling me he knows how to do his job but clearly he did not . So not just making an error but insisting he was right . So unpleasant . Ended up staying in Winston Salem two more nights but stayed elsewhere . Will not return
