First room 211 had beds that had been slept in and soiled towels on the bathroom floor. Room 207 seemed Ok until a bed bug crawled out of the pillow across the bed. At 12:15am I went to the desk and asked for a third room on a different floor. Moved myself and luggage to 101.
Breakfast was minimal with a make it yourself waffle, coffee and a cup of juice.
Rate quote by desk was $14 higher than phone internet rate. Clerk would not match. Stood at counter, made internet reservation in three minutes, got first room.
Called two days later 12/30 and was told I would have to call back as the manager was out sick. No offer to take my name, or call me back
