This place is disgusting. The property is worn down and extremely outdated. Beyond the age and condition, the facility is filthy! Stained carpets, trash everywhere, furniture in the room is torn, stained, filthy. Staff was not friendly or helpful, shuttle system to Disneyland was a joke. Terrible stay.

And hallway was blocked by barricades due to water leaking from a room I will definitely be not returning to this place Staff was ok but that doesn’t make up for everything else Place really need to be gutted and remodel immediately worst place I have ever seen and stayed at Pay a few more dollars and book a different place

it’s a nice hotel.. it’s just old… but I guess that’s what makes it “IT” I guess…. While everywhere else is remodeled and modern . This hotel still has old school vibes. Which I honestly don’t mind. Rooms are clean, staff is friendly! Not too sure if it matters now a days but the rooms don’t have phones in them ! lol. Just a fun fact . Well I’ve been staying here for years & I’ll keep coming back ! Thank you!

Our Beds were too soft and moves so much you feel like you will roll off. Both Shower curtain and towel racks were loose from its mounts on the walls.
