We won't be returning to this hotel. Neither hot water nor water pressure was working for a number of rooms on Saturday morning. We were told it was fixed when we returned later in the day, but it was not. The good news was that they did move us to another room for Saturday night, but they only offered to reduce the first nights' fare by about 25% despite having virtually no water. In addition, we heard other guests complaining on Sunday morning of the same problem, so clearly they were filling the rooms while knowing about the problem. Hearing that on Sunday morning was disappointing, because in the best of cases there was poor coordination at the front desk, but they may have been filling the rooms knowing about the problem and not telling guests in advance.
For the price, I am sure there are more reliable options in Boston.
