My Key card did not work when I returned after 10pm. The front desk was shut down, no one available to assist me. I called a hotel number, the lady put me on hold for 10+ minutes, she never came back, I hung up. I called an again, the man said it would be 10+ min before someone would arrive to redo my key card. It took more than 30 min to resolve the issue. There were 2 other guests that also had issues but no one ON SITE, to handle them. Running a hotel with NO FRINT DESK PERSON AFTER 10pm means BAD SERVICE for guests. A REALLY BAD IDEA!!!
