The worst hotel i've ever been to in my life

Oh I tried to Check-in and because i have a service animal. The lady at the counter. Tried to ask me why I had a service. Animal and for what reason which is against the law? But I told her anyway and she told me that I couldn't stay there. I had 5 minutes to get out before she called the cops and she was not refunding me my money so I didn't even get to go in the room or get to stay there at all.

Terrible

We paid for a king bed and got a room with two full beds. The bathroom light didnt work and the shower curtain was dirty. The comforter was very thin and I was cold all night. The people next to our room screamed and faught all night long.

READ BEFORE YOU BOOK

This hotel is NOT as pictured. First off, we booked two rooms, one king and one double bed, the first time we checked into one of the rooms the lady was cool, nice and seen both CORRECT reservations. We went to worlds of fun and came back and some lady staff with a unibrow was trying to argue with us about our reservation even though i was showing her the receipt! Then although she was trying to denie us the two bed room we already paid for, was being rude as fuk then insisting we say please and thank you?! - i am nice but not nice to rude people. We literally had to fight with her just to get the correct room we already paid for! When we booked this hotel it showed it having a gym, pool, etc. this hotel was a motel 6 - they dont even have the correct address for the hotel and we kept missing it. We arrived in our room and there was hair all in the sink, drain exposed and it just wasn’t some where you’d bring a family for a WOF trip. The tv didn’t work that well either. Positives? AC worked. A place to sleep i guess… we paid about $300 for two rooms, really disappointed, a bunch of meth heads running around (which isnt the hotels fault - they have to make $ somehow but a hotel to bring your family? Eh no.) don’t usually write reviews but the way the unibrow lady tried to treat us, yeah DON’T BOOK.

Don’t believe pictures online!!!

We didn’t even stay- the rooms looked nothing like pictures online at all. The AC service was not going on and it was a 90 degree day. The walls looked sooo beat up the door wasn’t even latching up and had a gap so big under door that a rat could fit through. And to top it off it smelled so horribly bad of marijuana we had to leave the room within minutes.

Stay anywhere else

The beds were very uncomfortable. There was only a sheet and no blankets on the bed. Only one bath towel was provided. OH also it’s basically a Motel 6 as it said on the lobby and on the key card provided. “Breakfast” was a paper bag with 2 muffins and a small bottle of Sunny D.

Improperly charged for a cancelled stay; difficult

I was charged for May 24 at a hotel in Kansas City, but I had cancelled that reservation over 27 hours before check-in and had until 6 p.m. on May 24 to cancel without being charged. It took too many calls and emails with Hotels.com and other agencies until Hotels finally refunded the improper charge. I will be very hesitant to book with Hotels.com in the future.

My stay started off good. after awhile the manager started being bi polar, having a issue with me coming in to do my key card, even though the room was paid. Some days she was cool next day attitude. She had a issue with the young ladies running my card on file and even lied that she fired the young lady over running my card on file. They put me out over my id had expired.Note my id was expired for over two months. So not sure what her issue was with me. I paid my room daily and the ladies or her daughters ran my card or I paid online. Went to their Studio 6 and im loving it....As long as my room is paid I can come in whenever to do my key card and it has a kitchen. If you want a place for the night to party this is the place. I had to be moved repeatedly due to roaches in the rooms and they had a issue with bed bugs. Your not supposed to cook in the rooms or property but management has their picks they allow to do the following even grill on property. Best to pay online they pick and choose on prices. I was in the office one day and the guy in the office charged a elderly couple the nightly rate twice and said they charge per person. Never heard of that and didnt see that on their site when I booked.. Other than that I would have given a higher rating.

Definitely do not book based on the pictures of the rooms if you do you will be extremely disappointed looks nothing like advertised we booked a king for two people only one towel provided 3 half pillows for the bed cuss words written on the smoke detector paint splatter all over the floor from the absolutely horrible paint job was confused on where we were staying because all pictures and advertising in the room said Days INN ..... SPEND THE EXTRA TO STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE ...
