When we arrived, check-in was easy. When I asked about breakfast in the morning, we were told that they do not serve breakfast, or any other food. We actually booked this hotel, because breakfast was an option, especially when travelling with children. On the hotels add on hitels.com, it specifically stated that breakfast and roomservice was an option. We stayed in a family room, laid out over 2 floors. The room itself was clean, and had a good laiøyput for our family's needs. The room was worn down, cracks kn the wall, paint chipping off and one of the taps in the bathroom was very loose. They cleaned the room every day, and emptied the bins etc. The hotels location was perfect, and would definitely book here again, just with lower expectations.

Staff were very blunt and rude (answered a phone call mid check in on personal phone). Room is nothing like the pictures, could barely move with how small it was, light in shower didn’t work.

We stayed at the new Linden Hotel in London for one night, and overall, it was fine for a short stay. The bed was comfortable and the bed linen was clean, which made for a good night’s sleep. The front-of-house staff were particularly friendly, welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. There are, however, a few areas that could be improved. The overall standard of cleaning could be better, especially in the bathroom, which needed more attention. The room was also very small and quite hot, which made it feel a little uncomfortable at times. Overall, it was an adequate option for a one-night stay, with friendly staff and a comfortable bed, but there is room for improvement in terms of cleanliness, bathroom maintenance and room comfort.

Really good location short walk from two tube stations. Friendly and helpful staff. Lightly dated and tired but clean and comfortable beds. Shower does go all over the bathroom but easy to sort with towels.
