I enjoyed the stay here! It’s a beautiful boutique, and love details of the decorations! The space it’s also big enough to open the two 29 inches suitcase, and accommodate 2 adults and 1 child in a room. The front desk is kind and polite! The only problem we met would probably that the bottle that could use to refill the water which has good intension, had already been opened which weren’t sealed! I’m just concerning about the health problem if someone has drink from the bottles? So I think it would be good to give a new bottles at least when people check in, not leave the old bottles there.

The walls are practically nonexistent. I could not sleep as I basically listened to a baseball game all night. You can hear even normal TV levels at full volume through the wall. The room stank of cigarettes. Some snazzy furniture upgrades cannot hide the fact that this is an old, shoddily built hotel lacking effort. Front desk staff were okay but inconsistent on information - at once telling me there were no other rooms and then saying there were but I’d have to wait til 1 am to move. No coffee maker in room seems odd for a 4star property. HVAC and AC were extremely loud and old. All in all, a place to crash if necessary and that’s about it.

Romer was the right price and the right place!

Nice boutique hotel in a very central location. Many restaurants and other attractions within walking distance. Staff was very nice. Rooms were clean and eclectic. No real restaurant or bar onsite, but the market cafe had some good options for beer and wine. Grab and go food was decent too.

Location was amazing!!!! Pictures are a bit misleading looked for the piano bar never saw one. Convenient parking next door in garage (does cost). Elevator not always working, but was shown the service elevator. Again location was perfect service was fine.

Great location and hotel

We loved it here, the location is perfect, and the style of the hotel is great. Easy to get anywhere in the city. The only negatives were that only one elevator worked which was very slow, and there is a mandatory resort fee that I don't really know what that gets you. Other than that it was great.

Stopped at the front desk the day before to add my husband on the reservation so he could check in while I was at an event. I was assured his name was added. My husband attempted to check into the room and he was told he was not listed anywhere on the reservation. I had to talk to the front desk by phone and give permission. Was told it was a glitch or the overnight shift had failed to add him when I visited in person with them the night before. Tonight just before going to bed after a long day, I realized my bedside table with built in outlets and my bedside lamp were not plugged in. No outlet within reach. Contacted the front desk (11:15 pm). Explained I needed a power strip in order to plug in the bedside table due to the location of the outlets in the room and the length of cord attached to table. Explained I needed to plug in sleep equipment. A short time later a 30 ft orange industrial cord was delivered. My husband had to fish the lg extension cord behind the headboard to plug it into the outlet on his side of the bed. For almost $600 for one night I would have appreciated staff having an appropriate power strip on each side of the bed like the room I stayed in for the previous two nights or at the very least coming into the room to get things set up for me. Very comfortable beds and pillows. Bathrooms are definitely not sound proof.

Great hotel in a convenient location.

Stayed 3 nights on a girls trip. The room was very clean and large enough for 3 of us to share it comfortably. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Great location easily walkable to Broadway theaters and Times Square. Many restaurants in the area. Will definitely stay here again and recommend to others.
