The hotel itself was great, as was the desk, staff, and the entire check-in experience. The service staff at the restaurants were absolutely horrible. I would recommend staying at the hotel, but avoiding all of the restaurants.

Horrible experience
When we checked in, they told us they no longer had a double queen room. My tee age kids were forced to sleep on a pullout couch. Also, they “accidentally” double charged us not realizing the hotel was already paid for. They took nearly eight hundred dollars out of my account which was going to be used for our trip. This completely ruined our vacation. Also, the manager told me he would be “comping” our trip but yet I’m still being charged. I have been lied to the entire time.
