Loved everything about this hotel. The foyer is amazing. Yes it needs some TLC and the current owners are dealing with that. We really enjoyed the pool. Special thanks to the cleaning staff. Our room was spotless and smelled so fresh when we arrived. In fact all of the staff were very welcoming. Kerrville is a very pretty town and with a visit.

Our room was very clean and roomy. The bed was comfortable. The lobby is amazing. A little disappointed the restaurant was closed. Also, the saloon is closed on Sundays. I’ve stayed here several times and have always been pleased. We will return. Staff was friendly and the rates are great.

The front desk clerk was very welcoming. The room was nice and near the pool which was a plus. Although the clerk provided us a map, it was difficult to determine entry into the hotel rooms as the 2nd level of our room was only available on one side of the building. We had to figure it out on our own. Room was spacious and comfy. The only thing was they had signs saying their restaurant was closed. I do recommend staying here if you come to visit Kerrville.

I took my husband here for a weekend away. I was excited about the pool and hot tub, the morning breakfast and trying out the steak at their restaurant. Check-in went well. The room was clean and nice. The hot tub wasn't working. The pool was really nice. There was no breakfast and no steak dinner as they did not open until May 22nd, the weekend after we were there. The town was cute. We found it funny that the movie theater was only open for the 3 pm matinee and then the 6 pm shows. But we still had a great time. We didn't have much contact with the staff but when we did they were very nice. Just wish the hot tub would have been functional.

The check in was a little rushed and unclear. We found our room large and comfortable enough. The bed was extra soft, so if you're used to a firm mattress, this is not your hotel. You will get eaten by the mattress. Convenient location. The pool looked nice, but we never saw the pool bar open. The bar on site is closed on Sunday, which was the only day we could have utilized it. They're was an art show going on and we popped in the last day, and it was nice. The restaurant was not open due to unforeseen circumstances. Not sure what that meant. For the price, it was decent.
