This room looked nothing like the pictures online. Paint peeling, dirty linens. The hallways smell like curry and it’s nauseating. Breakfast was a single waffle maker, stale cereal and 2 random doughnuts. No orange juice just cranberry cocktail. Found a roach this morning and that was the last straw. Staff was beyond rude and the fee is not $50 as stated but more than the room cost to book.

Staff was good. Room was old. Caulk rotting off everywhere in bathroom, room smelled of sulfur, hairs on fresh towels, a roach in my room, bed hard as a rock. And vastly overpriced. $100/night on a hotel that shouldn't ever get over 60.

As soon as we arrived, we were hit with a bad odor in the main lobby. There were lobby decorations made with AI. Getting checked in was fine, but the room was a different matter entirely. Not only was it completely different than what we were expecting, the photos on the site were taken to make tbe room look much bigger than it actually is. The odor from the main lobby was the same in the room, there were pencil scratches all over the walls, and stains on the sheets and pillows. The room looked like it hadn't been vacuumed or dusted for three weeks, and the bathroom appliances were all leaking, as well as filthy. We called for a different hotel immediately.

I knew I wasn’t getting much for the price I paid for the room however the sink was completely plugged and would not drain and the shower did not work. Maybe that was a blessing because it wasn’t very clean. I didn’t try the breakfast because I left as soon as I woke up.

1. Non working blow dryer 2. Light in bathroom after on a short time, started blinking non stop. 2 other lights in room didn’t work properly. 3. Room was not cleaned in our 5 day stay-bedding not changed, sink not wiped out; only things done were garbage emptied and towels replaced. 4. Breakfast?? Hardly any variety of food and difficult to get waffle batter into cup but waffle maker worked well. Then couldn’t get syrup out of container - all stuck!! We didn’t go back for “breakfast “ after first day! 5. A mess up with our reservation too! The employee argued with me that I didn’t extend our stay by one night (we had 3 rooms total at varying days), until she talked to management and then changed her tune. Note: I still need to get home and check to see what all they billed me for. Our leave time: we’ve never stayed where we were asked to give a check out time, but at 8 am, we received an email/text requesting we give a check out time (listed in 15 minute increments). We felt it was rude! Check out time is 11am and since we didn’t have any breakfast, we were gone by 930am, but it felt like we were being pushed out with that check out time request.

Friendly staff were present 24/7. The room was simple with everything one would need for a short stay. Things like ice, napkins, and utensils were available in the lobby which was handy when we brought back some food. In the morning they had some simple breakfast to offer which was nice to snack on quickly before we left. Overall everything I look for in a hotel was present.
