Don’t do it!!! Absolutely disgusting

Front desk person was very bothered by us needing to check in. Our first room was filthy stains all over the bedding and the room smelled horrible of weed. We called and asked for another room and was given a room next door. Said that’s not far away enough from the smell. Shower was very dirty. Needed cleaned terrible. Will never stay again and will tell everyone to stay away. Complete waist of money.

Rough night.

Helpful check-in lady gave a ground floor room at our request. Unfortunately, this room was adjoined to a noisy occupant. The door between could just as well been made of paper. We heard every word of his phone conversation going well past 1.30am then HIS alarm at 5am woke us, but evidently not him, as it just kept goung off...

For starters they couldn't find our reservation for 45 minutes. I had to call Expedia customer service for assistance. Room was dirty. Vinyl floor was dirty & dusty, walls had small chunks of dirt. Television screen was dirty, but the remote didn't work so we were unable to watch it anyway. Wifi was not working. We left earlier than planned.

This was by far the dirtiest place I have ever stayed. The bathroom reeked of urine, the floors were grimy, the refrigerator was dirty and sticky, there were rusty nails sticking out of the baseboard in the bathroom, mold on the door frame. It smelled bad. The cleaning crew needs to be replaced or entirely retrained. The breakfast was OK, but when something ran out- nobody was around to restock. I will never stay in a Quality Hotel again- just nasty. I told the front desk person when checking out and he just looked puzzled and apologized- I appreciated that. Look someplace else to stay. It has a great location with good potential but until something changes BIG TIME- skip this one.

Exceeded expectations.

The checkin process was efficient and friendly. I had a bit of a fumble with my key card and a staff person noticed and showed me how to correctly use it. Upon entering the room, I noticed it was perfectly clean and well laid out. It had all the amenities you would expect in a modern hotel room. A chair, a desk, a desk chair, a nice well-made bed. Two bedside stands two lamps and alarm clock, a TV or refrigerator or microwave. A luggage stand. A chest of drawers. The sink area had a coffee maker and soap. There were plenty of linens. Everything was sparkling clean. There was a coffee maker and coffee cream and sugar. There was costly available 24/7 and the breakfast was everything you could hope for in a hotel breakfast. I would highly recommend it and would stay again myself if I was in town.

The pictures were not even the same as in person! Nonsmoking room had been smoked in, cigarette holes in both comforters and blankets. Cigarette burn stains on the bath tub. Huge stain on the green chair. Breakfast was good but you have to get there early because they do not refill it. Went to use the gym and they dont have it anymore. The people at the deak were nice.
