已經是第三次到溫哥華旅行了，Stanley Park是必去的景點。這次我們選擇了緊接著Stanley Park 的Rosellen Suites. 接待我們的是以為有香港移民加拿大的伍先生，非常的親切。房間也很寛敞、乾淨，服務人員也非常的友善。走路五分鐘就進入史丹利公園。裏邊的餐廳Teahouse , Fish house 在網路上面都是非常熱門的餐廳，Teahouse 您的夕陽非常有名，餐廳的伍先生幫我們訂了一桌，餐廳免費送了一份煙燻鮭魚捲開胃菜讓我們受寵若驚。我們在靠近公園的腳踏車租車店租了協力車，一次最少要兩個小時，剛好夠我們沿著海岸腳踏車步道繞了公園一圈。世界級的景點，真是人生一大快事。

The Property is in a quiet Neighbour Hood close to Stanley park and walking distance to the Harbour front. We had a 1 bedroom suite, it was very clean and the kitchen was well equipt. Check in was fast and we were able to check in before 15:00 hrs. The Queen bed was comfortable for 1 person, there was no way the 2 of us could have slept comfortable in it. the Sofa bed was ok for 2 nights for 1 person. My biggest issue was the Room doors had a gap around it, i could see light from the hallway and the slightest noise could be heard, no noise issues in the bedroom. The location was fabulous, many little restaurants and bike rentals, grocery store ,Pharmacy around all in walking distance. Would i stay again, yes for a short stay, if they deal with the doors I would consider longer. the price/ value ratio was good.

Stayed one day and had booked a 2 room suite. Clerk was very friendly and accommodating. Arrived after a cruise and were able to check in a couple of hours early. One of the bathrooms wasn't done being cleaned so housekeeping took care of that for us promptly. Very small parking spaces but nice that they had them. Otherwise street parking was tight. Walkable to busy street with market and restaurants.

The front desk gentleman did his best to fix things but this place is run down and EXPENSIVE for what you get. The location is fine and safe but room 107 you have to slam your body into the door to open it. The weekend instructions sent were not right and then I was blamed for coming after 3:30 on a weekend when the email said late check in was 5 pm. We were moved next day to 106 which was better. Would not stay here again. Again the front desk gentleman was the only redeemable part of the “hotel”.

6 night stay. Location ideal. Easy Acess to Stanely Park, Seawall & downtown. Parking available for additinal fee, convenient when renting a vehicle. Accommodation decent but bed and pull out sofa mattress uncomfortable. Positive aspect Accommodated early check in. However inconsistent service. One friendly welcomimg manager while other was distant and unapproachable. Serious issue arose when male staff member entered our room without prior notification or permission with disregsrd to "do not disturb" sign while lone female guest was inside. Although incident addressed and apology given staff member dismissive response made us feel unsafe & uncomfortably. Location and suite were adequate, the disregard to privacy and dismissive attitude toward a serious concern were significant drawbacks.

We spent four nights here. We booked 3 rooms and you cannot say enough good things about the management and staff. They made sure our rooms were close together. The suites are large, very clean. A little dated although in great condition. Location to everything within walking distance. We would certainly stay here again.

Fue una muy bonita experiencia. El edificio, como la suite, son inmuebles viejos pero muy bien cuidados. La estancia la utilizamos, principalmente, para dormir, asearnos y cocinar desayunos. No esperes lujos ni electrodomésticos de primera gama. Todo es funcional y está ahí para cumplir su propósito; hacer la estancia más cómoda. La limpieza se lleva a cabo cada tercer día, las habitaciones de la suite cuentan con lo básico, muy limpias, amplias y cómodas. No esperes servicios como Netflix, Hulo, Max, Disney+ pues, como ya lo dije, los equipos son básicos. El paquete de canales de televisión es el mínimo pero, siendo realistas, ¿quién quiere ver televisión en un lugar rodeado de tantas maravillas de la naturaleza? La ubicación es lo mejor. Está a media cuadra de Stanley Park. Si caminas 400 metros, podrás sentarte en la orilla de una de las Lagunas del Parque y podrás convivir con visitantes, locales y fauna silvestre. ¿Volveríamos a quedarnos allí? POR SUPUESTO.

Our stay was comfortable and perfect for our large family. All the comforts of a home and close proximity to town. Highly recommend for families. Parking was available directly behind our room. Staff was professional friendly and helpful. We'll definitely stay here on our next visit to Vancouver BC
