The front guy (Jacob) discriminated us just because we looked humble and hispanics. The reservation was under my name and I took my mom and mother in law with me , I even added them in my reservation and I gave him my id when he asked for it , but he was making everything possible to find something wrong or just giving me a hard time that he also asked for their Ids too. The way he treated me and his attitude with us was so bad. This is the fist time I get discriminated like that. An I forgot to mentioned that room was very smelly(dog pee) and the carpet very old and nasty

During my recent stay, I experienced several issues that I feel are important to bring to your attention. The room was not properly cleaned, as there was significant dust on the furniture and the refrigerator. The internet service was also extremely unreliable. Despite paying for higher‑speed access, the connection frequently buffered, disconnected at intervals, and did not provide the level of service advertised. For anyone who works remotely, this would be especially problematic. Additionally, communication regarding basic amenities—such as where to do laundry—was not clearly provided. The building itself appears outdated and in need of maintenance. I also witnessed concerning activity, including what appeared to be someone dropping off drugs to guests staying at the hotel. This made me feel unsafe and uncomfortable throughout my stay. Overall, I was counting down the days until I could leave. Given the amount I paid, I was very disappointed and do not see myself staying at this location again.

Room was disgusting and dirty. The staff was not helpful and rude. No ice machine . It smelled so bad. The "breakfast" was only blueberry granola bars. They were "out" of everything else. Asked for silverware and dishes but they did have enough for every room so we were only abyto get two of each. Would never stay here again.
