During my recent stay, I experienced several issues that I feel are important to bring to your attention. The room was not properly cleaned, as there was significant dust on the furniture and the refrigerator.
The internet service was also extremely unreliable. Despite paying for higher‑speed access, the connection frequently buffered, disconnected at intervals, and did not provide the level of service advertised. For anyone who works remotely, this would be especially problematic.
Additionally, communication regarding basic amenities—such as where to do laundry—was not clearly provided. The building itself appears outdated and in need of maintenance.
I also witnessed concerning activity, including what appeared to be someone dropping off drugs to guests staying at the hotel. This made me feel unsafe and uncomfortable throughout my stay.
Overall, I was counting down the days until I could leave. Given the amount I paid, I was very disappointed and do not see myself staying at this location again.
