My experience was ok until I saw I had been charged twice and two different rates.The reservation that I made through hotels.com, that was discounted, was not honored. When I checked into the hotel on Sunday evening January 25, 2026, the associate that worked at the counter pulled my reservation up but I was charged a higher different amount that was quoted from hotels.com. Also the next morning I had two different charges in my bank account from Extended Stay Hotel. I went to the front desk on Monday January 26, 2026 and spoke with the male associate and he claimed that I was charged twice because I had mad two reservations, I kindly let him know that I didn’t and that I only made one reservation and then he said yeah it’s one here from hotels.com and continued to say oh but I can refund you a payment back. The associate charged me the higher amount not the amount quoted to me from hotels.com.
