The check in process was extremely slow no apology given for the delay, shower head in bathroom needed to be threaded water was spraying from the top hitting the ceiling, tv remote volume did not work, and no breakfast served. you cannot get in to check out until 7 am

Hotel is a outdated and rooms need a remodel. I asked staff for extra towels and they said they would check to see if they had any and they never checked in again. Room was suppose to be smoke free but it smelled like it was not.

BLACK MOLD There was black mold everywhere! We did not end up staying we left and went elsewhere. Wouldn't recommend it at all. Guy working front desk was super rude as well. Made it feel like he was doing us a favor.
