On the Hotels.com ad for this location it said "breakfast included" which to me, in many past visits to Hotels.com locations, meant a sit-down breakfast with eggs and fixings. This was NOT breakfast included, NOT even Continental breakfast (cereal and toast, etc), it was coffee and muffins only. That's NOT breakfast, that's snacks, and the ad is misleading. I picked this location based on location and BREAKFAST INCLUDED, so I feel duped because we had to go elsewhere to eat a regular breakfast.

Where do I begin? The actual room looked nothing like the pictures on the website. The facility felt like a halfway house. A lot of the furniture was very old. The bed was squeaky. The mattress was lumpy. The pillows were a very uncomfortable. You could hear everything that Neighbor was saying I was not pleased with my stay there.
