Had to wait 20 minutes for someone to appear at checkin. Unit had no dishes or even a cup. Cabinetry was broken. Too bad - these places used to be pretty good and convenient.

Front Desk Training Needed

Check In front Desk was rude and someone sat silent in the office while we stood for 7 minutes waiting to be checked in then when we finally called out the person shouted from the office just a second then another person came and checked us in and was annoyed that we were there or that he had a job to do. Room service came in and changed out the bath towels while we were sleeping. Total violation of privacy Thank GOD it was a business trip and not an Intimate get away. The person who extended my stay was much more pleasant and probably will be the only reason I might stay there again

Warm welcome, good beds, convenient

We had a nice overnight stay at this hotel. The woman who checked us in was likable and professional. The process was straightforward and it was apparent that the hotel prioritizes security and the safety of guests. We were given a first floor room as requested, which was appreciated--we had an early morning appointment the following day. Parking was easy and plentiful. Our room was fairly spacious and well-equipped with kitchenette and full-size fridge. The microwave worked but had damage and should be replaced. Beds were comfortable and the surrounding area was reasonably quiet. The room however was a bit shopworn and could use a deep cleaning and paint. Wifi was very good. Our check-in set a good tone for our visit--the woman was very helpful. We hope to stay at this hotel again next year.

Extended Stay America - May 2025

Bathroom sink drain was clogged; tried to report it, but nobody was at the front desk. Finally reported it, but it was not fixed before we left. Hair was coming out of the drain into the sink. Bathtub had hairs in it also. There were small "pebbles" in the carpet, which made walking in stockin feet uncomfortable. We believe the room was not adequately cleaned prior to our arrival.

The place was horrible. The ac didn’t work, cobwebs I’m the bathroom and the smell of something horrible in the room. Walls and ceiling had been repaired several times and never repainted. Walls looked like they haven’t been washed in months.

Worst hotel - don’t stay here

Couldn’t accommodate our reservation and was sent to other location. Bugs in the room, dirty sheets, awful smell. If we weren’t in a pinch I would Have left immediately.

Don’t stay at this fleabag hotel

This is the worse hotel I have ever stayed at. The floor was disgusting. When I asked the clerk if someone could at least vacuum the room, they said they can lend me a vacuum if she can find one that works. I was on vacation and didn’t want get upset so I just let it go. We just played “floor is lava” with our family and no bare feet on the carpet.
