Room was good. But one group of unsupervised young children were in the hot tub for 4 hours, so we couldn’t use it because they were screaming and splashing. We mentioned it to the desk; they did nothing.

We stayed here for the first time to attend a local concert. While the hotel was well-equipped to handle our needs for one night it is a somewhat tired property in need of a renovation/update. The rooms are super spacious, which is a nice surprise these days, but the beds were much less comfortable than hoped for. The bathroom is not as spacious as the room and the door is heavy and closes automatically with no way to leave it open. It was a nice amenity to have a kitchenette in the room but with no cookware/glassware/dishes it seems a waste of space. The one area that caught our eye was the pool, we didn't use it but it looked very inviting and well maintained. We missed breakfast but it looked like a great offering overall. It's a great location, near the university, but it's an older property in need of some TLC and an update.

property could use a facelift, dated but clean. front desk staff (Lena) was very helpful, professional and friendly big shout out to her. did not interact with other front desk staff. breakfast was plentiful included both hot and cold options. breakfast area was well kept and staff attentive to keeping food replenished.

The room was great however the kids running up and down the hallway at 10pm or the same ppl in the hot for over an hour without a care to anyone else who might have wanted to use it was not so impressive. Maybe there needs to be a time limit posted so others can enjoy the amenities as well

This hotel is run down and old. Beds are poor, pillows are small. Bathrooms are very dated Lobby stinks of pool water. Breakfast was very good and attendant was very helpful and friendly. For the money it’s a tough decision to stay again.

We were just staying one night for a concert but it was a really nice room. Very spacious and clean. I appreciate the little kitchen counter space if you were staying longer, it would be perfect! The bed was really comfy as well. Breakfast was great, it’s nice that they offer hot options because so many hotels have switched to just cereal/muffins etc.

The 1st room we were in, the bathroom door was locked from the inside and the front desk gal was unable to unlock it, so we had to pack up EVERYTHING and move to another room. The second room was full of crumbs in between the beds and nightstands. The sink in the bathroom was slow to drain. The room was very musty smelling. Beds and pillows EXTREMELY uncomfortable. The hotel was very rundown and a bit spendy for the condition.

One of the largest hotel rooms we’ve ever had! Plenty of space everywhere! Clean. Ironically the bathroom was small for such a large room. Great stay. Only downside was elevator was broken and we were on the second floor. Stayed 3 nights. I’m sure all the exercise was good for me but stairs are hard on my knees.
