Terrible hotel. I would never stay there again. I read mixed reviews online before going and I must tell that all the bad reviews were accurate. I decided to give it a try, trusting that it’s a Hilton related brand but that hotel is an embarrassment to the Hiltons!
The room was dirty, carpet had a bunch of stains, the sliding glass door in the shower was loose so it came off like 3 times, the tub was stained with a grayish color the beds had small hairs on it so I’m not sure how clean the sheets were, kitchen had some really old cabinets and the refrigerator was full of rust stain that made it look dirty. In addition, the pull out couch was in such a bad shape that one corner was sinking. Luckily we had an air mattress that we could use. I wish I could upload pictures because I took them to document it.
To top it off, there were not enough towels in the room and when I went to the office, in the evening, to get more and the attendant told me that he only had one towel and I needed to ask the room cleaner for more in the morning….great uh?
I can’t not explain how crappy this hotel is…and it was not cheap! I understand it was the holiday and I got a 2 bedroom suite because we are 7, but ended up paying almost $600 for 2 nights.
I would never stay there again!
