Dirty and run down

Rating: 1/5 I booked the king suite for two nights and was extremely disappointed. The room was not as clean as it should have been—there was hair on the bathroom floor and in the shower. The towels were dingy and looked like scraps, definitely not what you’d expect from a suite. The comforter was ripped on the side, and the duvet had bleach stains and cigarette burns. It’s clearly past time to replace both. This was not the suite that was advertised online. When I brought it to the front desk’s attention, I was told there were no extra comforters available. Overall, it was a very unpleasant stay and not worth the money. I won’t be returning.

Run, its disgusting!

This property was disgusting, the room was dirty snd unsanitary fixtures on lamps rusted and full of dust. All door knobs dirty.the dust build up was unreal! Bathroom toilet unclean and rusted. The water from all faucets ran yellowish. The air from air conditioning unit was a musty smell. I was so glad to get out of there!

Not what I was hoping for.

The tub was peeling and dirty. Toilet brown water with stains. Floors dirty around the edges as was light switch on the nightstand. General shape of the property was rundown and worn. The main area seemed nice and that’s where it stopped. Employees were pleasant. I left a night early.

The stay was not my best! The bed says Queen but not as big as my Queen bed I sleep in at home. That confused me. The bed also was WAY TOO HARD.

Friendly Staff

Check in was quick and the attendant was very polite. However the hallway of our floor smelled very strong from marijuana. Other than that, not bad visit.

Beds uncomfortable (too hard)

The hotel was good amd clean and the staff was friendly. The only complaint that took away from our stay was the hardness of the beds. I hope they plan to change out the beds. Other than that it was okay.

Great airport hotel!

Was stuck in Dallas due to a storm. Wanted something close to the airport with a shuttle. I was skeptical about this place because the price was so good but gave it a try. The staff was super friendly, the rooms was great, the mattress was great. Very clean room and bathroom. The Indian restaurant was fantastic. The free breakfast was also very good. And guest laundry is always a plus. Highly recommend !

Booked for my dad while he travels from Va-Texas and he said the Lamps were disgusting looking, roach crawling on the floor in the morning in the bathroom, ice machine was broken and half the tv screen was faded, the staff at the front desk lacked hospitality skills.
