Room was average, for the second day asked for room to be cleaned an towels, neither was done and trash cans not emptied so they were small and over flowed. The night clerk was rude and accused me of puttingbthe do not disturb on, which I didnt. The carpet in the halls were dirty with spill. Will not recommend this location. I hsve stayed at your other loctions and they were clean and staff friendly.

Stayed here while in Cookeville and overall it was just okay. The room floor was noticeably dirty, which isn’t a great first impression. Check-in was also a bit frustrating—the system seemed outdated and had trouble processing my card, which slowed things down more than expected. The property itself feels worn and could definitely use some updates. You can tell it’s seen a lot of use over the years. That said, there aren’t a ton of hotel options in the area, so it gets the job done if you just need a place to sleep. Just go in with realistic expectations.

Our room Smelled like a dog had been in it and the floors were sticky. The comfortor on the bed was all balled up in spots. Looked like the filling in the comforter had balled up in between the stiches.

Floors were sticky, mirrors were smudged, the shower was missing a liner and leaked onto floor, missing curtain in sleeping area that faced 24 hour very brightly lit parking lot. Nice water pressure for showers and waffle maker was good. Juice seemed watered down and eggs not fresh.

I’ve stayed here several times before and have always loved it. This time was different. The front desk man was rude and messed up the transactions. We came in for a family matter and a few of us stayed there. There were charges from other rooms on our statement and my sisters statement. There was puke in the elevator and he acted like he did not want to clean it and when he did he didn’t clean it all up. We called about a plug that was a hazard in our room and he simply said don’t use the plug. We had to find other plugs around the room to use and it made it very inconvenient. I really hope that whatever his issue was is solved because he made the stay not as pleasant

The room was open and the bed was nice. It would have been nicer if they had provided bigger pillows for the king-size bed. Breakfast was adequate, but weird that they had signs up for people to wear gloves to serve themselves breakfast. Gloves were provided. Overall I'd stay here again in a pinch.
