False advertising. No spa . Filthy pool.

The room was acceptable for the price. But I call false advertising. They advertise and display pictures of a clean pool and a spa. The spa has been filled in with concrete and the pool was half empty and filthy. A health hazard. I chose this motel because of the pool and the spa so I’m very upset with their false advertising. The location is good with restaurants and a convenience store within walking distance.

Considering the price of all the hotels in the area this was one of the least expensive and there was nothing wrong with it people were pleasant the room was clean it didn't smell there was plenty of parking it was quiet at night I would stay there again and not spend more money elsewhere

Budget but well run

Just a basic old school looking motel from the outside. Inside the room it had clearly been renovated, but nothing flashy. Everything was clean and worked. Service at front desk was helpful and friendly. Couldn't ask for more from a budget motel/hotel.

Friendly staff has potential

The staff was very friendly. The room was dated and had damage. The first thing you see walking in the room was a ripped chair. Then there is paint pealing off the walls. The shower had stains in them. And there was old food left in the fridge. They said they are redoing their rooms. Maybe after they do it might be better. The breakfast was just cereal, yoghurt and waffles. Not much to choose from.

Economic stay in a reasonable distance to Zion

It is a kind of economic motel with plenty of space in the parking lot. The room was comfortable and clean. So was the bed itself. The staff was friendly and the check-in/out quick. The breakfast was very basic, mostly composed of unhealthy carbonates. No scrambled eggs, nor vegetables. The tiny pool is situated next to the corner of a loud crossroads. Not a very pleasant place to swim or relax.

Good location, housekeeping needs work

Check-in was easy and staff was good. The room was very basic. I liked the hard floors but they made it kind of loud in the room. The problem? The floors were so dirty. In the main room and in the bathroom. It made my son's feet so gross and we didn't feel comfortable walking around without shoes. Breakfast was yogurt, waffles, bread, packaged muffins, and watered down juice - no fruit, no protein. The pool very small; the pool area is tiny and right on the main street.

Excellent location, clean and comfortable.

Excellent location, perfect for Zion National Park. Close to various shops and restaurants. Very good breakfast included in the great value price. Clean rooms with good facilities, if a little tired, but very comfortable beds. Would recommend.

Sad customer service.

Wow. What horrible service. I needed a place to stay for a funeral. After choosing my dates and selecting a room the dates on the website somehow shifted to 2 days earlier which I noticed as I hit the “book” button. I tried to cancel the transaction before it went through, but was not able to. I immediately contacted support to see if I could switch the reservation to the correct dates but - nope. They wouldn’t budge at all. I hadn’t even been searching for rooms on those dates and there was no reason they should have switched to 2 days earlier. I ended up having to book a completely different hotel stay for the funeral and pay for a room I didn’t even use.
